Section 373(2) in High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2005
(2)If such person pleads guilty to the charge, his plea shall be recorded and the Court may, in its discretion, convict him thereon and commit him to prison under warrant as per Form No. Ill appended to these Rules.
