(6)Subject to the provisions of the Code and the rules framed thereunder, the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Kisan Bahi (Passbook) Rules, 1998, as amended from time to time shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to the Kisan Bahi to be issued under the Code and the rules framed thereunder.
