(6)Where any of the things specified under sub-section (2) has been entrusted or deemed to be entrusted to a local authority other than the [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted 'Gram Sabha' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.], the provisions of this Chapter shall mutatis mutandis apply to such local authority.
