1. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(T) No. 2392 of 2018, which was dismissed for want of removal of the office defect.

2. Having heard learned counsels for both the sides and looking to the reasons stated in this Civil Miscellaneous Petition, we hereby recall the order passed by this Court dated 15th May, 2018 in W.P.(T) No. 2392 of 2018. The said writ petition is restored to its original file with the same number.

3. The office defect in the writ petition will be removed within a period of one week from today.

4. Registry is directed to enlist W.P.(T) No. 2392 of 2018 under the heading for "Admission" on 27th August, 2018.

5. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is, therefore, allowed and disposed of.
