64. Power to remove doubts and difficulties.
- If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order within a period not exceeding two years from the date of commencement of this Act, make such provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the expressed provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty, and the order of the State Government in such cases shall be final.
