Section 42(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)The Authority may, from time to time, collect information with respect to-(a)the fires or penalties levied on licensees under this Act, and(b)the levels of performance achieved by a specified company in connection with the transmission and by the licensees in connection with distribution and efficient use of gas by consumers.
