Section 6(3)(d) in The Bureau of Indian Standards (Recruitment to Scientific Cadre) Regulations, 2002

(d)Candidates who fulfill the prescribed requirements and are approved by the Screening Committee under regulation 8 shall be called for selection which shall include interview or written test and interview.
