Section 2(50) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(50)"Urban local body" means a municipal corporation or a municipal council or a Nagar Panchayat constituted under the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 1995.Words and expressions used in this Act not defined shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 1995; the Sikkim Allotment of House Sites and Construction of Building (Regulation and Control) Act, 1985 and the Sikkim Building Construction Regulation, 1991.Chapter-II Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning Board
