1. Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions.
2. The Petitioner shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing.

4. Petitioner challenges final answer key for NEET UG 2022 stating that three questions viz. question Nos. 26 of Physics paper, 118 of Botany paper and 51 of Chemistry paper, were incorrectly framed. At the outset, Mr. Pradeep Dewan, Senior Counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, states that Petitioner does not wish to press his challenge qua question No. 51 (of Chemistry paper). The said statement is taken on record.
5. Insofar as remaining questions are concerned, it is Petitioner's contention that despite challenge to the provisional answer key on 30th August, 2022 on the designated portal of Respondent No. 1/ NTA upon payment of requisite fee, no action has been taken thereon. Final answer key and result have been published without considering Petitioner's challenge/ objection.
6. Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Khanna, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of NTA. He states that he will take instructions and file counter affidavit within a period of one week from today. NTA is also directed to place on record the deliberations, if any, of concerned body of experts that decided the objections raised by Petitioner.
