During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the University reached to a consensus and it is agreed that the representation dated 24.11.2021, (Ann. P-4) shall be decided by the University within 48 hours from the date of communication of this order.
In view of consensus arrived at the petitioner is directed to resubmit a said representation alongwith copy of this order before the University. In turn, the respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the representation within 48 hours therefrom. The outcome of the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.
The petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case.
