CRL.M.A. 21842/20222.0 This is an application on behalf of the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C) praying as under:
"a. Allow the present application and pass direction to expunge paras 9 to 14 and Annexure P-4 to P-8 of application bearing Crl. M.A. No. 13944/2022 filed by the Respondent in Crl. Rev. Petition No. 109/ 2020 in the interest of justice;
