Section 18(5) in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
(5)A member of the Board shall cease to be a member, if he,-(a)tenders his resignation and such resignation is accepted; or(b)becomes of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or(c)becomes undischarged insolvent, or(d)has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude.
