Section 3(1) in The Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015
(1)The eligibility conditions and requirements for admission to a professional course at any Private Professional Educational Institution shall be such as may be notified by the Government from time to time, but shall not be less than, those stipulated by the appropriate authority.
