Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(1)Nothing contained in the Rajasthan Forest Act, 1953 (Rajasthan Act XIII of 1953) shall apply to tendu leaves in respect of matters for which provisions are contained in this Act.
