(13)[ Form InVi : An Investment vehicle which has issued its units to a person resident outside India shall file Form InVi with the Reserve Bank within 30 days from the date of issue of units.] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 823(E), dated 30.8.2018 (w.e.f. 7.11.2017).]Provided further that unless otherwise specifically stated in these regulations all reporting shall be made through or by an Authorised Dealer bank, as the case may be.
