Section 301(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(2)All other provisions as contained in Rules 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 of Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1958 as amended from time to time shall apply mutatis mutandis in this respect.
