- All the authorities of the University shall have power to appoint committees. Such committees may include persons who are not members of the authority appointing the committee:Provided that the Faculties, Boards of Studies and other Boards or Bodies shall not appoint persons who are not members of the authority appointing the committees to such committees except with the previous sanction of the Vice-Chancellor.
