Section 12A(1) in The Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952
(1)The [Director] or any person authorised by the [Director] [Substituted by Haryana Act No. 15 of 2001.] by general or special order in this behalf may, either before or after the institution of the proceedings, compound any offence made punishable by or under this Act.
