Section 22(2) in The Maharashtra Non-Trading Corporations Act, 1959
(2)The Registrar may either reject the application or order rectification of the register; and in the latter case, may direct the corporation to pay the damages, if any, sustained by any party aggrieved:Provided that where in the disposal of such application any complicated question of law arises the Registrar may direct the parties to a Civil Court.
