Section 344(b) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959
(b)that danger to the health of the inhabitants of buildings in any area or in any neighbouring buildings is caused by-(i)the narrowness, closeness or bad arrangement and condition of streets or buildings or groups of buildings in such area, or(ii)the want of light, air, ventilation or proper conveniences in such area, or(iii)any other sanitary defects in such area,
