Section 46(2)(c) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006

(c)The child shall be received in a caring manner by personnel who have been trained and sensitized to the special needs and feelings of children being institutionalized. The child shall be administered a hair cut, if necessary and given a bath in a manner that protects and affirms the dignity of the child. Lice lotion shall be used whenever possible as an alternative to shaving;
