Section 36(1)(b) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013

(b)has exceeded or abused its power, the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette and stating the reasons thereof, supersede the Council for such period, not exceeding two years, as may be specified in the order, and take such steps as may be necessary to re-establish the Council immediately on the expiry of the period of supersession.
