Section 33(2)(a) in The Assam State Co-operative Agriculture and Rural Development Bank Limited

(a)Employees of the Bank, if admitted to membership of the Bank, shall have all the privilege of members have that they shall not be members of the Board or the Executive Committee of the Bank. The term employees does not include any person producing good for the Bank not any person elected to or appointed by Government to any office of the Bank unless specifically stated to the contrary at the time of appointment or later ;
