ORDER
Dr. S. C. Sharma, the Appellant, vide application dated 29.01.2010, sought information under the RTI Act, regarding his complaint dated 9.08.2000, and matters connected therewith. The PIO informed the Appellant that his complaint was marked to S.I. Ram Singh, and the same is lying with the E.O. S.I. Ram Singh. Not satisfied with the reply the Appellant filed an appeal before the First Appellate Authority (FAA). The FAA, vide decision dated 6.04.2010, upheld the reply of the PIO. Hence, the present appeal before the Commission.
During the hearing the Appellant submits that complete requisite information has not been furnished to him. On the other hand, the Respondent submit that as per the record the Appellant was informed about the factual position of his case.
After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the Commission is of the view that complete requisite information available on record and permissible under the RTI Act, has been furnished to the Appellant. No interference is called for in the replies of the Respondent Public Authority.
With these observations the matter is disposed of on the part of the Commission.
