171. Newspapers in which advertisements or notices to be published.
- Whenever it is provided by this Act or any rule made hereunder that notice shall be given by advertisement in local newspapers, or that notification or any information shall be published in local newspapers, such notice, notification or information shall be inserted, if practicable, in at least two English newspapers and two vernacular newspapers published in Howrah or Calcutta.Signature and service of notices or bills.
