Section 7(1) in The Bombay Diseases of Animals Act, 1948
(1)The [State] [Those word substituted for the word 'Provincial by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government [or the Commissioner in his division] [These words were inserted by Bombay 8 of 1958, Schedule.] may establish quarantine stations for the inspection and detention of animals along the route appointed under sub-section (2) of section 6.
