Section 3(1) in Bihar Displaced Persons Rehabilitation (Acquisition of Land) Act, 1950
(1)Whenever it appears to the State Government that it is necessary or expedient to acquire speedily any land required for the rehabilitiation of displaced persons or for any matter incidental thereto, a notification to that effect shall be published in the Official Gazette stating the area and boundaries of the land proposed to be acquired.
