Section 3(1) in Non-Resident Indians' (Keralites) Commission Act, 2015
(1)The Government shall as soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, constitute a body to be known as the Non-resident Indians' (Keralites) Commission to exercise the powers conferred upon and to perform the functions assigned to in under this Act.
