Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we Digitally signed by Chetan Kumar Date: 2015.02.06 16:08:22 IST Reason: are of the considered opinion that it is a fit case where the High Court should dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months. We SLP(Crl.) 861/15 2 repeat it at the cost of repetition that we have made such a request regard being had to the factual scenario and the fact, as submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that no case is made out under Section 376(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

With the aforesaid observation, the special leave petition stands disposed of.
