Section 10(2) in The Central Provinces Court of Wards Act, 1899
(2)On and with effect from the date of such sanction, the whole of the property, movable and immovable, of such person, whether the existence of any such property may be known to the said Court or not, shall be deemed to be under the superintendence of the Court of Wards.
