PER K. NARASIMHA CHARY,J. M. This is an filed by the Assessee against the order dated 22.01.2013 in Appeal No.81/11-12, passed by the Ld. Commissioner of Income- tax (Appeals)-XXXIII, New Delhi.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the assessee sought permission of the Bench to withdraw the appeal. The ld. AR has also placed on record an application dated 14th October, 2019 requesting for withdrawal.
3. The learned DR submitted that he has no objection.
