(1)Any other court before whom a suit triable by a Gram Panchayat is filed shall transfer the suit to the Gram Panchayat of competent jurisdiction.(2)The District Judge or Collector may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, transfer any civil or revenue suit respectively from the Gram Panchayat to another Gram Panchayat of a competent jurisdiction or to another court subordinate to him.
