Section 439 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
439. Supervision of buildings and works.
- Every person who intends to newly erect a building or execute any such wok referred to in Section 436 shall erect the building or execute the work in such manner, under such supervision, through such qualified agency, and subject to such conditions and restrictions,as may be prescribed in the bye-law.
