.-(1) The Authority shall appoint a Secretary to it.(2)The terms and conditions of the appointment of the Secretary shall be determined by the Authority by regulation.(3)The Secretary shall be responsible for co-ordinating and convening the meetings of the Authority, maintenance of the records of the proceedings of the Authority and such other matters as may be assigned to him by the Authority.
