Section 59 in The Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976
59. Powers of Board to decide matter finally.
(1)After making such inquiry as it may think fit, the Board of Appeal may either direct the Town Planning Officer to reconsider its proposals, or accept, modify, vary or reject the proposals of the Town Planning Officer.(2)Every' decision of the Board of Appeal shall be final and binding on all persons.
