Section 2(j) in The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Cluster University, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2018
(j)"fee" means monetary collection made by the Cluster University or its colleges, institutions or study centres, as the case may be, from the students by whatever name, it may be called, which is not refundable;
