(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the manner of making proposal to establish University and the fees payable;(b)other particulars of the Project Report;(c)other matters of the Statute;(d)arrangements for the administration of the University on the dissolution of the Sponsoring Body under sub-section (2) of section 31.
