The present application has been moved by the respondent seeking condonation of delay of 152 days in filing its reply to the present petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Learned counsel submits that the reply could not filed in time due to the renovation of the respondent's counsel office resulted in a server crash. Learned counsel submits that delay also occurred on account of the poor health of the drafting counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has objected to the same and has submitted that there are no reasonable grounds to condone the delay.

I have considered the submissions.
