Section 2(j) in APERC - Renewable Power Purchase Obligation (Compliance by purchase of Renewable Energy/Renewable Energy Certificates) Regulations, 2012
(j)'Open Access Consumer' means a consumer availing open access under subsection (2) of Section 42 of the Act;
