Section 10(3)(a) in The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983

(a)the Executive Committee, whenever it desires to make regulations under this Act, shall by resolution at a special meeting, approved a draft of such regulations.
