2. The dispute is arising out of a matrimonial discord and there is a possibility of settlement.
3. Learned counsel for both the parties are also of the same view that the parties can take a chance to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation.
4. Regard being had to the submission made by the counsel for the parties, the matter is referred to the Orissa High Court Mediation Centre for exploring the possibility of settlement. The Coordinator of the Mediation Centre is directed to fix a date for exploring the possibility of settlement and submit a report before the Court by the next date of hearing. The parties are directed to Page 1 of 2 appear before the Mediation Centre on the date to be fixed by the Coordinator of the Mediation Centre.
