(4)The Government shall pay, out of the Consolidated Fund of the State, the salaries, allowances, leave allowances, pension and contributions, if any, towards the provident fund, or provident-cum-pension fund of the officers appointed under Sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), as the case may be.
