Section 6(1) in Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation of Services of Employees and Re-Organization of Madrassa Educational Institutions) Act, 2018
(1)With effect from the date of provincialisation of the services of the employees of the Venture Madrassa Educational Institutions under this Act, the land, building and other assets of the concerned Madrassa educational institution shall vest with the Government.
