Section 1 in The Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These Regulations may be called "The Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013".(2)They shall come into force w.e.f. the date of notification.
