(2)The books so provided shall contain the forms from time to time prescribed by the Inspector-General with the sanction of [the Government] [In sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 29, 36, 69 (2) and 91 the words 'the Government' Substituted for the words 'His Highness' by Act X of 1996.], and the pages of such books shall be consecutively numbered in print, and the number of pages in each book shall be certified on the title-page by the officer by whom such books are issued.
