Section 18 in Certificate Courses to Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
18. Ineligibility for admission on production of false documents.
- During verification of documents, if the Admission Committee finds any certificate or testimonial or any other information submitted by a candidate, to be incorrect or false, the candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled for that year and he shall be disqualified for admission for the period of next two years.
