Section 41 in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
41. Misconduct at the polling station.
- Any person, who during the hours fixed for the poll at any polling station, misconducts himself or fails to obey the lawful directions, as the case may be, may be removed from the polling station, by any police personnel on duty for being dealt with in accordance with law.
