17. Licensed vendors to be supplied with stamps promptly.
- Care should be taken to see that no obstacles are thrown in the way of licensed vendors obtaining their supplies from treasuries (Sadr and tahsil). They should be allowed to obtain supplies on any day at any hour when the treasury is open and should not be kept waiting.
