72. Cost of repair of privy payable out of the fund of the Board in certain cases.
- When a notice has been issued under Section 71 in respect of any privy, urinal or group of privies or urinals and the Managing Director is satisfied that the owner of the land or building on or in which any such privy or urinal is situated is unable to pay the whole or part of the expenses of carrying out of the work required by the notice, he may, with the previous approval of the Board, direct that such expenses or such portion thereof be paid out of the fund of the Board.
