602. Abstract of the register of miscellaneous proceedings.
- At the close of the year the contents of the register of miscellaneous proceedings so far as they relate to cases under the Code, shall be abstracted in the form used for Statement III referred to in Rule 607 by the reader of each court and sent to the statistical clerk. No statistics are required of cases under other laws. Cases referred under Section 123 of the Code should not be shown in column 4 as "pending" but in the remarks column a note shall be added, namely, "referred under Section 123 of the Code".
